Using Paypal Pro Payment Tool

I have finished my form.  On the payment page it appears as thou my customers must either use their PayPal account or obtain a Pay Pal account.  I want them to be able to use a credit card and not have to have PayPal.  I contacted PayPal and to have a PayPalPro account they charge $30 per month!  My account with Pay Pal is set up as a Business account Standard.  

Please let me know how to set up Pay Pal to allow customers without a Pay Pal account to purchase.

Hello Mary Ann,

We have a Paypal Pro Tool under Payment Tools. If you are on a business account type with Paypal we suggest using the Paypal Pro Tool. You can remove the existing Paypal field on your form and change it with Paypal Pro. Just follow the on screen instructions to complete the integration.

Paypal Pro has built in Credit Card fields. This will enable your customers to pay using their credit card directly on the form.

By the way, if you want to stay using the Paypal (Standard) tool and would want to allow guest checkout on the Paypal Checkout Page where your customers can pay directly using their CC without logging in to Paypal, follow the guide below. This is an Optional feature which you can enable on your Paypal account.

Here's how:

To enable the PayPal Account Optional feature, just follow the steps below:

1. Go to your Account Profile.

2. Select My Selling Tools.

3. Under Selling Online, locate Website Preferences.

4. Click on Update.

5. Locate PayPal Account Optional.

6. Click On then click Save.

Please take note that this Paypal feature is available to Premier and Business account holders only.
