how can i have a form to show multiple options at once.

Asked by aterrigino on January 25, 2016 at 02:23 PM

i use this for my meal delivery service. i need a way for people to select 'weight loss package' and for the whole month's meals to auto populate, still allowing them to change as needed.

also, is there a way to make it so people can only choose a certain amount? for example, if someone buys a 5 meal package, to make sure that people can't choose more than five.

I think your scenario might be accomplished with this

    http://www.jotform.com/help/196-Hide-or-Show-Multiple-Fields-at-Once

However, if you want the users to dynamically change the suggested meals, then using this widget can be the option:

    https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/user_contributed_checkbox

You can show/hide the widget using the conditions as well.
