The person who setup this account with Jotform has resigned and is leaving the organization we work for in less than a week. Is there a way to change the username and email associated with this account to a different one? I would really like to not have to cancel this subscription and start another because I would lose everything we have associated with this account...

We can rename the account jay_gulbin, just let us know the new username (give us at least 3 choices in case these are taken) and we will update this in the paid subscription INT151202-9009-73214B
You can also change the email from Account > Settings

Preferred usernames are: therootsym, therootsyouthministry, or rootsyouthministry

The username "therootsym" was available so I went ahead and made the change. You can now log in using that username. If there is anything else we can assist you with, let us know and we will be happy to help.
