How do I get all of the information in my form to be emailed back to me upon completion?

When a client fills out a form and it is submitted to me, you can't see all of the form. How do I get those parts to be included in the submission?

Also, can I have someone sign a document with their finger or mouse to replicate their actual signature?

Are you referring to the Terms and Conditions Agreement within your form? You will have to copy the whole text and paste it in the body of the notification email. Here's how:

    1. On the email notification settings, click on the body of the email and right click>Row>Insert Row Before/After

    2. Highlight the new row then right click > Cell > Merge Cells

    3. In another tab, copy the Terms and Agreements of your form. Then paste the text to the new row using Ctrl+V

Simply click the Finish button after and you're done. Here's how the Terms and Agreement would appear in the notification email.

And regarding the signature, yes it is possible to have a user's signature using one of our widgets below:

I just received two versions of the form. The one with a link has no signature and the one in the email has a signature but no terms and conditions.

It looks like you have two notifications.

Each of these notifications have a different body in the email.

I suggest you delete these email notifications and add a new one. Then simply follow the steps previously given to add the Agreement on the body of the email notification.

Hello. When I go to correct the terms I see there is nothing in the body of
the email. There is no information, but before there was. How do I get it
    all back?
    Thank you

I checked the email notification and I can confirm that the body of the email is empty.

Please try reverting your form to an old version within the Form Revision History. Here's a guide that you can follow: How to View Form Revision History

If that doesn't revert the email notification to its previous state, you will need to create a new email notification again. Here's a guide that can help: Setting Up Email Notifications

I am reproduced the same issue that my colleague is having. When I've checked your notification. I see that it is broken.

As my colleague was mentioned above, you can try to revert your form older version as you see below:

If it doesn't solve your problem you need to delete your notification and create a new one.
