I would like to know which site the form is submitted

    Dear all, I have a website with many sites. ex. I have listings from yachts. In every page from I have a request form. If the visitor make a request about this yacht I can't see in the form result hat I receiv bei e-mail the name of the yacht that hat he visited. 

    Could you help me please?
