My form is jumping to the end when I click next on the first page.

    It seems that you have created custom URL of the form which is not working.

    Is this the form you are working on http://www.jotform.us/form/50994422562156?

    When I tested your form I was not able to replicate mentioned issue. When I click on next button on first page of your form I was redirected to 2nd or 3rd page depending of which check box option I selected on first page.

    Were you able to resolve your issue?

    Also when I inspected your form I saw that you have added lot of custom CSS code and I found two line of codes that are not correct. I would suggest you to fix them. You have added number values after px and that is not correct.
