Using both text-only and HTML response templates

When putting together a HTML response template  (fully HTML formatted, 'Compose Email' dialog) it all works great. But I also want to have a TEXT response template, formatted to my style and not a text-only version of the HTML.

When clicking on the 'switch to Text Mode' in the 'Compose Email' dialog, I can edit the text template but when switching back to HTML mode I seem to have lost all HTML formatting.

Is there a way to create both a HTML and TEXT-only response template?

If I understand you correctly, you would like to use the same email notification to send out in both HTML and plain text. Currently this is not possible. You can create 2 different notification, one in HTML format and the other using plain text.
