Is There a Way to Make Lightbox Stay Up Even if an Attempt Is Made To Close (By Clicking Off to One Side)?

Hello -- I'm attempting to verify that clicks to our website (which were generated from Facebook ads) are being done by humans or bots.

I'm doing so by creating a Yes / No form, asking visitors if they came from Facebook

    I have two questions:

    Issue 1:

Is there a way to make the form so it MUST be answered, before it can closed?

    Please note:
I understand that the fields can be made mandatory.

What I mean is: all anyone needs to do is click off to the side (onto the main web page) and the form will disappear. Can that be prevented? Can the form be created so that the ONLY way to close it is to submit the form first?

    Issue 2:

The headline on the lightbox ("Did You See Our Ad on Facebook?) is ALSO showing up in the upper
left corner of main web page. How do I remove that?

    Thank you in advance.

I can't seem to be able to access your website. However, it is not possible within jotform to prevent a user from closing the form when they click outside the box.

As for your second concern, you can click on Preferences > General Settings > click on the Page Title and remove it.
