Fields to be filled out by people analyzing the submission

Hello, 

I would like to create a form that would allow me to create fields to be filled out by the custormers (such as name, description of the issue and so on) but I would like to add some fields to be filled out by the people receiving the form (such as "received on", "received by" and so on).

These fields should be available to be fill after the form has been submitted and preferably invisible to the customers.

Is there a way to do that?

Hi David,

To achieve the scenario you want, you need to add some hidden fields to your form. All you need to do is click to the "Hide Field" option after adding the field:

Then, you can edit those fields on "Submissions" after the form is submitted:
