Delaying an automatic email

    Hello,

I was curious if there was a way that I could delay an automatic email that is sent to someone who submits our form so that they do not receive the email right when the form is submitted, but rather 24 hours later?

    Thanks,

    Hi Emily,

Currently there is no such automation or email delay tool within the Form Builder. Since it is a Web form, the form Submit action will trigger right away the send email process.

An alternative method you can do is to set the submission email to be sent to another email application wherein you can create a scheduled task or cron job that will do the automation process.

    Example:

Set the Form submission Email to be sent to an email address in Gmail account.

Then use a plugin/tool in gmail that will schedule/auto send the email.

Here is such plugin I found on the internet

Hope this help. Let us know if you have further question.
