If I cancel our subscription, can I still use jotform?

Yes absolutely. 

Please be noted that if you cancel your subscription, your account is downgraded to free plan and submission limit of free plan is applicable. Downgrading account to free plan will have no impact on your form or submission data.

If your usage are within the allowed limits, you can continue using JotForm without any problem. You may like to check our pricing page for more information on available plans and its submission limits (including free plan).
