Can I map first name and last name separately into Infusionsoft?

This option was there in a previous version - JotForm only Captures this as one name and Infusionsoft has 2 fields.

You will have to create custom fields in Infusionsoft that will match the custom first and last name fields in the form.

Yes you can Michelle, but it requires using our application: Parsey.

Simply send form submission notifications to Parsey and Parsey will split the full name into first and last, create/update contact in Infusionsoft and trigger any automation your heart desires.
