Private Key Wizard keeps popping up

What is this "Private Key Wizard" pop-up box that keeps appearing when I try to view submissions?  I can't "X" out of it and the only other option is to browse my files but there is nothing to save.

It seems like your form is set to encrypted.

This means that you can only see the submissions after you have uploaded the encryption key. If you have saved the encryption key in your computer, simply click on the browse button and find the correct encryption key.

You should be able to see the encrypted submissions once you have uploaded the correct key.
