I have asked Jotform to create a PDF of one of my forms - it asks me to amend the preferences and says it will download shortly, but nothing happens.,,,
Is there a bug?

First of all, please accept my apologies about the inconvenience. This issue is a known one and our fixing process is continuing on the background. In addition, this issue could be temporary, because I managed to download your related form in PDF format.
As a temporary solution, I sent that fillable PDF to the email address "email@example.com", so you can use that file.
