How to import a Jotform into Infusionsoft?

I want to use the web form that is below into a Campaign in Infusionsoft? 

We have a built in Infusionsoft integration:

But I want to use the Jotform in Building my Campaign in Infusionsoft? When I am in Infusionsoft I can't import this form to how to I tag it so when this form is filled out the rest of my campaign will run?

It is not possible to use a JotForm in Infusionsoft.  You would need to forward your submission data from your form to infusionsoft.  Our forms do not replace the forms in Infusionsoft, it is not possible to import the form itself, only the submission data.
