Thank you page returning 404 error

I have created a form in Jotform and I want it to redirect on a Thank You page. When I submit the form the Thank You page returns 404 error but when I open the same Thank You page directly, it shows up. I have tried to embed the form with all the methods (code + iframe) and I am using it in Shopify.

I checked your page and made a test submission. I was able to submit the form and see the thank you page without any issue.
