embed iframe does not reflect changes to the formAsked by benefitinsights on February 09, 2016 at 04:58 PM
I am having problems embedding a form. I have made changes to the form but when I get the iframe info from the clipboard it shows the form before the changes. I have tried logging out of JotForm and logging back in and still have the same problem. How can I get this resolved to finish this form?
If I understand correctly, when you copy the iFrame embed code in jotform and embed it into your website, the form displayed in your website is the old version instead of the new one with the changes made?
I cloned your form and made some changes. The changes were saved when I copied the iFrame embed code. I don't seem to be able to replicate the issue you are having.
Please try clearing your browser cache and your form cache to see if that fixes the issue. Here's a couple of guides:
Also, make sure that there is only one tab of the form builder open for that specific form.
Do let us know if the issue persists.
