How can I make a form so that it has an "add" feature- so that someone can add each item that is needed rather than have 10 open blank spaces?

I am trying to make a form for litter registration (for dogs). Each puppy will have specific information needed to be input. Is there a way that I can have a button like "Add puppy" to bring up another blank set of information to be filled out, rather than have 10 premade blank puppy information spots that one must scroll through. Does that make sense? If a litter only has 2 puppies, I dont want to muddy up the registration form with 10 blank spots for additional puppies if they are not needed.

    Hello millironsranch,

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement. You can take advantage of our "Configurable list" widget which will allow you to dynamically add a predefined set of form field.

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
