Hello there,
If you would like to do some calculations depending which check-box is checked, this is how you can do that:
You log in to your JotForm builder and add Check boxes to your form(#1). And to create calculations depending on state of check box you will create some conditions, steps #2 and #3:
Condition wizard will open when you click on New condition:
After that, you will create your conditions:
And finally you will actually do the calculations and set up of the logic:
Be mindful that you should input several check box fields so you can create separate logic for each one.
