Is there a way to have the entire form exported, text and responses when it comes through via email

Currently when someone answers a form, we only receive their responses, is there a way to receive all the text that is a part of that form as well, in addition to the responses?

If you look at the URL of the web page that has the form, we need all of the text above the actual form to come through with the responses to the form as well. Is there a way to make this happen?

You can show headers and texts on your submission as you see below.

1) Click on Submissions.

2) Check on Show headers and texts.

However, it doesn't affect your notification. You need to copy and paste your headers and texts to your notification as you see below.
