Is there a way to send someone a link to an updated Submission Report PDF? I can do this as an excel file, but I would like it as a PDF. Thanks for the help!

For other types of reports, it is possible to create a direct link that you can share to others. Unfortunately it is not possible to create a shareable link for a submission report pdf. You can only download the pdf and then attach that file via email.
For a full list of reports that can be shared via a direct link, please check out this guide: How To Create Form Reports in JotForm
Do let us know if you need further assistance.

Christian, thanks! I'd like to make the PDF report a feature request. Thanks for the help!

You can create a direct PDF download. You can add this link in the autoresponder email.
Example:
You can also manually build the direct download, do it this way:
https://www.jotform.com/pdf-submission/{id} where {id} us the submission ID that will be automatically generated by the system.

Welvin, thanks for sending that solution. I cannot do that for three reasons:
1. I need to provide a PDF to someone who does not have access to our account
2. I need the PDF I provide to contain all submissions
3. I need this link to provide a generated PDF on demand, like currently exists for spreadsheets.
The reason I need a PDF instead of a spreadsheet is because the PDF provides a nicely formatted report per submission verses a spreadsheet with 40 columns per row.

I see. Thanks for letting us know. I have now forwarded this thread to our developers as a feature request. We can't promise any timeframe for this, but if there are updates, you should know it through this thread.
