sub account forgot password email does not seem to be working

    checked spam folders, nothing.

    Appreciate your help, eg a way for admin to reset sub account users.

    Hi Pat,

    Sub accounts should be able to reset their own password using the 'Forgot Password' link in the login page https://www.jotform.com/login

    I checked your account/username AgilityProjectServices  and I found 3 sub-users.

    But 1 of the sub-user doesn't have an account. They only have email  manish@asset#####

    Was this the email you were having issue? They will not be able to reset password since they do not have jotform account/username.

    You can invite them to create an account using this link https://www.jotform.com/signup
