Tried submitting this, but it did not post, so retrying. received message below before adding the app.

disclaimer on app says they will be able to read my clients submissions.  will they be able to if i add your free ssl?

[Sorry for the tall letters, cannot reset, it is from copying the message from their page.]

Actually, that particular app will only fetch all your forms without its data. Your forms will be loaded in a form picker window so you can select which form you want to use on the prepopulate app.

The message you see on the auth page is JotForm's default because some app reads your form data like analytic apps. There doesn't need to worry about using the apps since they are also JotForm's products.

If your question is about using SSL on this app, unfortunately, it's not supported. However, the auth page, of course, is securely processed.

If you have further questions, do let us know.

    confused about your first paragraph.

this will give u an idea of what i want to do.

    https://form.jotform.com/60451486414151

for example, if a dr clicked on 'physicians compensation special report" on my home page, then they would be transferred to my 'contact us' page designed with Jotform . AND that box would be prechecked for them.

but if they clicked on home page the 'dangerous loopholes...' then when they were transferred to this page, the 'dangeous loophole..." box would be prechecked.

    thanks

    Hello LeonardDoctor,

If I understand your requirement correctly, you want to prepopulate your checkbox question based on which link user clicks form your home page. Is that correct?

You can take advantage of our "Field Prepopulator" app to generate your field prepopulate URL. You will have to use different field prepopulator URL in your home page.

    Example:

In your 'dangerous loopholes...' link of your home page, you should use the following URL:  http://form.jotform.com/60461628223956?specialReports4=Dangerous loopholes...disability insurance.

    and

In your 'physicians compensation special report' link of your home page, you should use the following URL:  http://form.jotform.com/60461628223956?specialReports4=Physicians compensation study.

Please check the screenshot below on how to generate the prepopulation URL:

    Hope this helps.

    Hello LeonardDoctor,

Short URL is good when you are sharing the URL with someone but since you have to add it as a menu link in your homepage, I would suggest you to use long URL.

Please be noted that long or short URL both will open the same webpage / form.

    Thank you!
