How do I change the layout of a PDF which results from a JotForm?

Hello, I would like to some help please.

I have created a JotForm for our engineers to fill in.  However when the form is submitted we receive an email with the PDF attached and the PDF shows information that is not required and although I have tried to get rid of it, it still appears.

From the attached document, we do not need the Submission ID or the Submission IP.  The Submission date is blank but this would be useful to have.

At the top of the attachment there are the words 'Subject Header' but I don't know what this relates to.  Also at the top on the form, we have our logo which would be nice to have on the pdf.

All the questions have moved to the right hand side and the answers to the left.

Our contact details at the bottom of the form do not show on the PDF apart from our name and telephone number.

    Thank you for anyone's help.

    Kind regards

    Victorine

I checked that form and your account, I see that you have created custom PDF reports for that form. I see there are two "PDF Designs" in that form. You can delete the other one to make sure that you do not get any problems.

You can open it and customize your PDF submission layout, however, please note that this will create a fix layout, similar to a printed paper. Which means it does not adjust based on your content. You can reset the style of your layout by clicking the "Reset" button.

If you are not making extensive changes, then you can return to our default PDF layout auto-adjust based on your content. You can revert back to our default PDF layout by deleting the "PDF Designs" in your reports. If you wish to display the static text, headers and images on your PDF, you can simply enable the "Show headers and texts" check box under the submissions settings. From there, you can also select which fields to display.

Our default PDF layout does not allow complex customization, but it's good when you want the layout to auto adjust.

    I hope that helps.
