I have a godaddy account, your form was uploaded into that web but I have not received any emails with orders. how do I make sure my customer's are entering the service they need and that I am getting the form/service request sent to me?

The issue could be related to bouncing. However, I have checked the email address that you are using in your form and it's not in our bounce list.

Also, please check your Spam and Junk folders, the emails should be there.
