Is there a possibility for user of our form to create account? We have recurrent customers and want to allow them to create account where they will only have to update information in the application form instead of filling a entirely new form

If you want to give permission to your users to access edit the form it is possible with sharing form with sub-user.

A sub-user has it’s own Jotform account. You can give permission to see selected forms on your account. The sub-account will only have access to these forms.

The main account can’t access the sub-users account. However, if the forms are created in the shared folder, which belong the main account both of them can access them.

On the other hand, if you want to let your users to update their form after submission they don't need to create an account. You can use our {edit_link} function.
