Not sending mail for all entries?

    Today we have two submissions, but received e-mail only for one of them which is entered at 14:31. For the previous one which is entered at 14:23 there is not mail notification received. Can you check why?

    I checked our email logs and I was unable to see any emails for the submission entered at 14:23.  It looks like it may not have been sent or is being delayed.  Since the submission sent after did trigger the notification, it was likely a temporary issue. 

    Keep and eye on your submissions for the next day or two to ensure that more notifications are not missed.  If any others are not triggered, let us know and we will forward this to our developers to have a closer look.
