Sorry but I still do not understand your question and what exactly the problem is. Jotform is mobile responsive by default. It should work perfectly on iPhone devices. If you are experiencing issues with the form on your app, then the problem is most likely within the app or the container where you have embedded the form. If you believe the form is conflicting within the app, I suggest to use iframe embed code. Since the form will load in an iframe container, it won't conflict anything on your app or page http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code.
