How can I change my form to HTML format where I can embed it into the body of an email through Microsoft Outlook?

    I have my form (it is a customer referral form) I am trying to embed it into an email so I can send it to the client, the client opens the email, fill it out within the form within the body of the email, and sends it back by selecting the finish button on my form, sending them to a thank you page.     You might try to either embed the direct link of the form into your email body

    Please be noted that we do not recommend embedding your form's source code in emails because most of the email clients have very limited support on HTML & Scripts. That means embedding your form source code in email
