Why are my submissions not being tracked

    Hello,

    I created a conference registration form using jotform. I loved it; found it easy to use and think it turned out nicely. I published the form and embedded the link on my website. Severall people have registered, payments were successfully recorded via Paypal....but no submissions are showing up Any ideas what went wrong???

    I have checked submissions of the form you provided and you have 20 Incomplete Payments. 

    For further info related to incomplete payments on PayPal, check this guide : http://www.jotform.com/help/272-Paypal-Incomplete-Payments-FAQ 

    If your payments are not being marked as complete on our end, you may need to enable the IPN settings in your PayPal account: How to Enable IPN for Paypal.
