Email notification was not delivered to one of the emails

Hi,

I receive the email submission until 2 Feb 2016. After that, I didnt receive any email submission after 2 Feb 2016. May I know what is the problem? My colleague receive the email but i didnt receive it. Kindly advise how do I solve this issue.

I found out that my email is in bounce list. I already remove my email from the bounce list. Will check if its work later. Thanks for the reply.
