How to email someone with a message, date and time

I need an app that when I put in a date and time. It will email the above email the date and time with a message. Do you have something like that or can you make something?

We do not have such apps, but by what you are describing, you can set it up with a simple form and an email notification/autoresponder.

If you will be entering the email address at the same time when entering date, time and your message, you can simply use three form fields:

1. An Email field where you will be entering the email address of the recipient, and setting the autoresponder to send to that address.
2. DateTime field to enter the date.
3. Text Area field to enter your custom message.

In case that you will always send to the same email address, you can set up an email notification instead, and then you do not need the email field on your form.

If I have misunderstood what you are looking, please describe it in a little more detail, and we'll be happy to look for alternatives.

I am using my form to prescreen applicants. I only want the form to email them if they are coming in for an interview, otherwise. I don’t want emails sent out to the ones I don’t want to come in for interivews. I do have radio button that says interview yes/no/review/no longer interested. I would like it to only send if the radio button says yes.

Ah, so you want to send an email if a certain condition is met. Yes, we have that available as well. :)

In essence, you can use the Conditions > Change email recipient, and set a condition for your autoresponder to be sent only if that option on the form is set to Yes.

Please do not forget to create an autoresponder first, before creating the condition. Your condition should end up looking like this:
