We used to but are not now receiving e-mail notifications from JotForm. Help! Our e-mail administrator has added firstname.lastname@example.org to the white list to no avail. We need e-mail notifications from JotForm when surveys are submitted -- please help.
I checked our mail logs and the emails are indeed failing to be delivered. Several were rejected as spam by your address resulting in your address being placed on our bounce list. I removed your address from the list and the email should attempt to send once again.
I would recommend whitelisting all of our domains and IP's with your email provider to ensure that this does not happen again:
