please can you help I have spoken BT with regards to a bounce back problem that you said I have with my email. I spoke to them for an hour and they said its not them. Its driving me mad, my customers are not receiving their medication from us because I'm not receiving their emails. I do hope you can help. Kind regards. Cassie.

I checked your email address and it is not in our bounce list. However, I would suggest you to follow this guide in order to prevent your email to be in our bounce list: http://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-email-bouncing-related-issues.
If the issue still persists then you may contact your email provider and ask to whitelist our IP Addresses, you will find them here: http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.
Do let us know if after whitelisting our IP Addresses you are able to receive your notifications.
