Place the embed code on a popup plugin on WP

I have a plugin on Wordpress to open popup, but if I past in it the source code of my form with javascript, it doesn't work?
Can I paste just the html code of the form, and paste all the javascript in the <head>?

Is it gonna work the same?

Yes, you can give it a try. Here's how to take your form source code http://www.jotform.com/help/104-How-to-get-the-Full-Source-Code-of-your-Form.

You can also try it with iframe embed code instead of the default script embed. http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code. Since the form will load in iframe container, there's a higher chance that this would work out since the form will not conflict anything on your page particularly on the pop-up plugin.

If you are still having difficulties, please provide us a test page where  we can check the embedded form so can inspect the problem here.
