Can I remove a template from public view?

Or can I make it only available to other members of my organisation that have a jotform account?

Are you referring to the form template you've shared on form templates page http://www.jotform.com/form-templates/osca? If yes, unfortunately, they are automatically shared on public and there's no way to make them private.

You can remove that template if you want to by following the same steps when you share the form. http://www.jotform.com/help/157-Sharing-a-Form-in-the-Form-Templates-Gallery. Then I suggest to share the form manually to your organizations by using the form URL and then provide them the guide on how to clone the form using the form URL. http://www.jotform.com/help/28-Cloning-a-Form-from-a-Web-Page
