Take a photo problems on Ipad and Iphone

The Take a photo widget doesn't work on the iphone or ipad? 

Could you please give me a solution to what is wrong.

It was working last week.

I checked and cloned your form, it seems to be working properly.

Please note that the Take Photo widget will not show a live camera, unlike in desktop computers. When in mobile devices, it will change to an upload field, it allows you to open the camera app or your photo gallery directly there. This is because web browsers in mobile devices are unable to directly open the camera app, unlike desktop computers that can open the webcam directly.
