Why is my account still overlimit if I have removed all of my form submissions?

Good afternoon, I removed all the answers of my forms, even so my account is still full. What should I do to solve the problem ?

Removing the submissions from the account won't reset the counter. If your acct reached the limit, you must wait for either the next month, when it get reset again, or upgrade.
