How can I reply to a form submission with the customer's email instead of a noreply email?

I am working to create a form that can just be replied to, instead of having to copy and past the customer's email address back into an email. Is there a way to do this to save time? Thanks.

You can reply to your users from submission page by selecting Reply option.

You can also create Autoreponder email. Autoreponder email will be sent to your users once they submit your form. Inside of this guide you can find hot to create Autoreponder email:

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

Is there not a way that I can reply to the notification email? Instead of having to go back to the JotForm site that is? Or can I use the custom response to put a link in there that takes the user to the submissions page? The problem I have is that I dont want to have another user in my account (the one that replies to the email- I'm just the web designer. Any help is appreciated, thank you!

You can reply directly from email Notification you receive to your users. But first inside of your Email Notification settings you need to set Reply-to Email to email field from your form. It should be set to the same field that you are using to capture your users email address in.

Then once you receive email Notification, click on reply option.
