ERROR message

    It is flashing an error message on the first page of my survey when i try to fill it out

    I checked your form and tried to fill it out. I can't seem to replicate your issue as I did not see any error message flash on the first page while I was filling it out.

    Are you still encountering the issue? If yes, can you please send us a screenshot of the error so we can investigate the issue further?
