Unique email sign up

Hi!

I have some active forms running right now and suddenly the unique email sign up validation stopped working. I made som forms that was running two weeks ago where the unique check was set to number 30, number of the text-field of email.

When I open one of these forms, number 30 is shown as unique check under preferences, but when I klick it it´s replaced by an empty drop down... Have you rebuilt this feature?

On the new, active forms I cannot select anything in the dropdown, how can this be?

Can you please provide us ID of the form on which Unique Question set for email field is not working? I have checked form, http://www.jotform.com/60411819337353  that you last modified and there is no email field inside of that form, there is only one dropdown field. 

Also please note that form limits based on a Unique Question can only be set for input fields such as email field or text box field.
