is there an easy way I can download them all?

Finally, regarding all of the email submissions, with the attached W9s, is there an easy way I can download them all? Without putting them each in an individual folder?

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you want to download all the attached W9 pdf files? Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement by clicking on the "Download All Uploads" button from your form's submission page. Please check the screenshot below:

If you want to download the submissions along with the upload, unfortunately it is not possible but you can download all the submissions in PDF and then also download the uploads as well.
