I have justed tested the automated emails that for this form receive:
I email that I reveice of the submission is fine. However the confirmation email that goes to the person who has sumbitted the form, does not contain the current fields that are in the form itself.
How can I get this updated?

This happens Michael when the email template - in this case email autoresponder - is modified. At that time (of modification) the template becomes "dirty" and as such can no longer be updated by the system, so if you add or remove some fields from your form, you need to remove them manually from the email template as well.
