How do I add a Plugin into my form?

I have created a layout with the reservation plug in and want to include it in my Trade Show reservation jotform

Do you mean to say that you have created a form using Reservation Form app? If so, the form URL shall be displayed once you click on Generate form now to access the form. I see that there is an error being displayed while accessing the URL provided here. Could you check the form URL once again? The Reservation form created by this app can only be accessed by using the URL generated automatically.
