I cleared all my files 5 days ago and my form is not active

I received an email that I was at my limit while I was on vacation last week. By the time I got the email, my forms were deactivated. I cleared all submissions last Friday (5 days ago). My account is still showing 8.45GB of my 10GB is being used and my forms are deactivated. I'm losing business!

It is working normally. However, I see that you have deleted all the submissions, but the uploaded files are still there, so before to continue, I just would like to confirm that you want to delete all the uploaded files on that form, they are 385 files that will be deleted.

yes, please delete. just curious, how can they still be there if I have deleted them. is there anything else I should be doing? THANKS SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP!!!!!!

It could be due to a temporary glitch. However, if the files are not deleted when you delete the submissions you may let us know, as you did it, and we will be glad to help. 

Your uploads counter should be fixed now, please confirm us that you are able to see it in your end.
