Uploaded Background Image has Stopped Appearing

    Hi there,

    First of all, sorry for the inconvenience. It was a temporary problem which was causing from our upload tool. Currently, the problem is fixed. In addition, I checked your form and the background image is monitoring without any issue now. Please, check it on your side and let us know the results.
