    Leads coming through Jotform has stopped since one month

    We have a schedule appointment form on our website and we were getting good enough leads till the end of the January. since February we didn't got any lead...when I tested my form it does work...but still I would like jotform support to check if anything going on with our form on backend.

    FYI-I change form color and fonts sometimes...I hope it does not create any issue.

    I've checked and form on your website. Everything seems fine on my side. I did not encounter any issue and the form was submitted successfully.


    I've also checked your website's loading performance. I am not able to reproduced any issue on my side. It is loading properly.

    While I was checking your form I noticed that you notification settings are wrong. For preventing any issue, please try to set your form notifications "Sender Email" to noreply@jotform.com.


    However, Your email address, info@insight2wealth.com  is NOT in 
our bounce list.


    I've also checked your Mail Logs. It seems [2016-02-20 11:58:28] Submission #331796708641927575 Form #52285018593156 SENT to info@insight2wealth.com from noreply@jotform.com via AMAZONSES
