This is a real problem as no one can book and at a time when i'm doing lots of marketing the whole website and booking process is defunct. Please help ASAP. I'm confused -what quota? How can i reinstate my Jotform t owork properly? Swift help would be much appreciated. Robin

I see that you reached your submission limit. If you reach the monthly submissions limit, you need to upgrade your account. As a free user you have 10 payment submissions limit per month. It will reset counter back to zero every first day of the month.
