What happens if the limit for a free account of 100 submissions/month is exceeded?

As free user you can receive up to 100 monthly submissions. In case that you go over that limit your forms will be disabled. 

If that happens you can upgrade your account to any of the paid plans to get higher limits and to enable your forms immediately. You can find more about different account type on our pricing page.

However, if you don't want to upgrade, you have to wait until your submissions counter resets to zero which will be on every first day of the following month.
