I have integrated Payal with an online event registration form. I have received registrations, indicating payments have been submitted but nothing is showing up on my Paypal account. Is the issue with Jotform or Paypal?
There were registrations on Feb 17 from Albuquerque Film and Music Experience with payments submitted but nothing was processed or received by Paypal. Please help.....Page URL:

I have checked your submission and there is not record about the payment, there is not payer info, I would suggest you to enable the IPN option in your form so you will be notified every time you receive a payment: http://www.jotform.com/help/276-How-to-Enable-IPN-for-Paypal.
You may also enable this option in the Form Builder to send the email notifications and the autoresponders, please take a look on this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/273-How-to-setup-Incomplete-Payment-Notification-E-mail.
Following the guides provided above you will be sure that your submitter completed the payment, and if he/she does not then you will be notified instantly.
